France eBay & PayPal Fees Structure
eBay’s final value fee is calculated based on whether you are an individual seller or professional/business sellers. If you are selling as a professional/business, then fees will vary based on your listed item category.
Having a store will not affect the final value fee, it will only give you various discounts and benefits. For more info, please check out their ‘Fees for professional sellers’ page.
There is a maximum final value fee cap per item sold (not shown in the calculator). It varies depending on your seller’s type (individual or professional) and the category of the item.
PayPal fee is 2.9% + €0.35 of the total selling price. This fee is calculated before eBay fees.
For international transactions, PayPal fees start from 3.4% + a fixed fee based on the currency (I left it as €0.35 in the calculation).

PayPal Fees
North Europe refers to Aland Islands, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden.
Europe I refers to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Spain, Estonia, Vatican City State, United States, France (including Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion and Mayotte), Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man), San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia.
Europe II refers to Andorra, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Georgia, Hungary, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia (the former Yugoslav Republic of), Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine.
